Moon Drifter 05 Pendant

This rustic silver moon feels so good to hold, its comforting weight worn and solid. I made this moon uniquely from silver clay that I hand shaped, fired, filed and sanded to perfection. This was my first go with silver clay and it was amazing to watch the clay turn into solid silver! like alchemy, like magic. Many hours of meditative labour went into the making of this little crescent moon and it is truly a one of a kind.

I added clusters of Campitos turquoise beads to the chain, dots of blue flanking the rustic moon. A classic combination reminiscent of water and sky, day and night.

Oxidized and polished to a pretty shine this pendant is bound to become a favorite. It’s striking in its sturdy and humble simplicity, but elegant and grown-up at the same time. Made to last for generations.

Moon measures just under 1" from top of bail.

Chain length: 18" with a 1" extension. Handmade clasp with maker mark tag.

Chain style: Flat Rolo chain 2.7mm.
