NO Earrings

I’m a graphic designer by trade and typography holds a dear place in my heart. I remember going on press checks, the smell of ink, the noise of printing presses. I love books and stories and the recent book bans make me angry. “No” to ignorance, “No” to book bans, “No” to words that hurt and suppress freedom of expression.

This series explores words and their power. The word "NO" hangs from simple bronze hoops. "N" from one, "O" from the other. Vintage Times Roman Pt. 11 letterpress.  Formed, tumbled, patina applied and buffed to a soft glow.

Light, elegant little dangles, with a big kick.
